Q: Do you have a late policy?
A: If you are late for your appointment, you will still be required to pay for the allotted and agreed time. It is at the therapist’s discretion if you will receive treatment longer than the allotted time booked.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation of appointments with less than 24 hours notice will still require payment in full if another person is not found to fill the missed appointment time. Gift vouchers will be made void should non-attendance occur.
Q: Am I able to claim private health rebates?
A: Not all therapists have a provider number which can entitle you to private health rebates. This information can be found on the therapists page or on our online booking program.
